In 1999, Wurster Engineering moved into 34 Carrie Drive. What was once a two company building has grown into a multi-office space complete with two warehouses.

To showcase their achievements, WEC hosted an Open House in July. In honor of the owner's heritage, the party was German themed complete with brats and an Oompah Band.

Companies from all over the Southeast took this time to network with vendors, employees, and owners. WEC thought they would use this event as a way to expose clients to some of WEC field operations. Soil nails, micropiles, and shotcrete demonstrations were conducted throughout the event.

WEC's next event will be the Fall 2010.
