Wurster installed 45 foot strand tiebacks through an H-pile and lagging wall for a new pump station. Wurster also installed Titan self grouting tiebacks through a sheet pile wall extending out into the river. Innovative methods were used to accomplish this task including placing casing through the air, water and soil overburden and socketing into the rock underlying the river. Titan self grouting anchors were then drilled through the casing to form the tieback anchors. The casing prevented grout from flowing into the river.
